Aaron Jan is a Hamilton-born playwright, director and dramaturg. He has worked as a creator with Factory Theatre, Fu-GEN Asian Canadian Theatre, Theatre Aquarius, Canadian Stage, Tarragon, Cahoots and Native Earth Performing Arts. Aaron is a member of the critically acclaimed, Silk Bath Collective, whose work, Yellow Rabbit, will have a premiere at Soulpepper in November. He is thrilled to be returning to Next Stage with the second Cantonese-English play in the festival's history, after directing the first (Silk Bath) in 2017.
